Return & Refund Policy
Books
Due to the nature of books and educational materials, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your book arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item.
- A replacement copy will be provided.
Digital Products
All digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
Professional Development & Speaking Services
Booking Policy
Speaking engagements and professional development sessions require a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the event: Deposit may be non-refundable.
Travel Expenses
Travel expenses may apply for in-person events outside the Columbia, South Carolina area.
